We opened our Boulder shop in 2008 with partner Dan Hayward. We first met Dan when we were building out our first shop in Denver. Dan immediately fell in love with the concept and after being a part time employee for close to three years, a partnership was formed and the Boulder shop was opened. Before his Savory years, Dan spent 15 years in the restaurant business and developed a passion for food, history, culture, and travel at an early age. He's a Georgia native, has lived in Colorado for 11 years and says he loves his job! His passion and dedication to his shop shows through when you walk through the door. Thank you Dan for all you do for us and representing Savory so well up there in Boulder!!
