This aromatically tempting rub contains white sugar, salt, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, black pepper, crushed red pepper, star anise, fennel, cloves and white pepper.

We are delighted with this rub, not only because our customers picked it as the winner, but because it truly fills a hole in our line of BBQ seasonings. We used it on beef and vegetables skewers during the grilling portion of the BBQ rub challenge with obvious success, but it’s also great on chicken and pork. This Asian rub was designed for the grill, but don’t hesitate to give it a try in stir fries and to make dressings, marinades and sauces.
