Baking spice is a great all-purpose blend for baking. Try using it in place of plain cinnamon to add some oomph to your next dessert. For pies and cakes, use 2-3 tsp. per 9” pan.

Saigon cinnamon, Indonesian cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice and ginger
