Baking Spice

Baking spice is a great all-purpose blend for baking. Try using it in place of plain cinnamon to add some oomph to your next dessert. For pies and cakes, use 2-3 tsp. per 9” pan. Baking spice is also fun to use unexpectedly, as in pancake or waffle batter and breads.

This blend contains Saigon and Indonesian cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice and ginger.
