Baking Spice
Baking spice is a great all-purpose blend for baking. Try using it in place of plain cinnamon to add some oomph to your next dessert. For pies and cakes, use 2-3 tsp. per 9” pan.
Ingredients:Saigon cinnamon, Indonesian cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice and ginger
Baking spice is also fun to use unexpectedly, as in pancakes, waffle batter and breads. We blend this delicate mixture from Saigon cinnamon, Indonesian cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice and ginger.

- The small glass bottles hold 2 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a flip top with a small pour spout.
- Medium glass bottles hold 4 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a split flip top. One side has a larger opening and the other side is a shaker.
