Beacon Hill Earl Grey Tea Rub
Boston has a long, rich American history and a notable part of that is associated with tea! Beacon Hill is a prominent Boston neighborhood, so when we created our first tea seasoning it only made sense to use its name.
Earl grey tea, salt, fennel ground, rosemary ground, marjoram, black pepper, fennel pollen, granulated garlic.
We precisely handcraft this rub by mixing together Earl Grey tea, salt, fennel, rosemary, marjoram, black pepper, fennel pollen and garlic. The soft and subtly sweet hints of fennel complement the notes of bergamot in Earl Grey tea. The result is outstanding! Beacon Hill is great as a seasoning for beef, pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables. Additionally, try using our tea rub to flavor game meats.

“Long’s Peak is by far the best seasoning/rub we have used! We use it mostly on chicken and everyone loves it. We are also buying some for our neighbors who came over for dinner and loved it too.”
