Beacon Hill Earl Grey Tea Rub

Boston has a long, rich American history and a notable part of that is associated with tea! Beacon Hill is a prominent Boston neighborhood, so when we created our first tea seasoning it only made sense to use its name.

Ingredients:
Earl grey tea, salt, fennel ground, rosemary ground, marjoram, black pepper, fennel pollen, granulated garlic.

We precisely handcraft this rub by mixing together Earl Grey tea, salt, fennel, rosemary, marjoram, black pepper, fennel pollen and garlic. The soft and subtly sweet hints of fennel complement the notes of bergamot in Earl Grey tea. The result is outstanding! Beacon Hill is great as a seasoning for beef, pork, poultry, seafood and vegetables. Additionally, try using our tea rub to flavor game meats.

  • The small glass bottles hold 2 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a flip top with a small pour spout.
  • Medium glass bottles hold 4 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a split flip top. One side has a larger opening and the other side is a shaker.
  • Large glass bottles hold 12 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a split flip top. On side has a larger opening and the other side is a shaker.
