With exacting care we hand mix this multi-use blend from bleu cheese powder (cheese powder is dehydrated cheese that contains natural cheese and other dairy components with emulsifying salts), garlic, shallots, lemon peel, minced green onion, mustard and citric acid.

This blend contains bleu cheese powder, garlic, shallots, lemon peel, minced green onion, mustard and citric acid.

To make a simple, excellent dip, add 3 tbsp. of this blend to an 8 oz. container of sour cream.

Bleu Cheese Dressing:

For a dressing, start with mayo, buttermilk or cottage cheese and stir in blend until you reach the desired texture. You can also try sprinkling some on burgers or salads.
