Chat Masala
The word ‘chaat’ means ‘lick’ in Hindi and the word ‘masala’ means ‘spice’. You’ll find yourself licking your lips after tasting this spicy, sweet and sour mixture. We hand mix our slightly Americanized version and have replaced the overly pungent aromas of asafetida and highly sulfuric smelling black salt with onion, garlic and sea salt.
