Cherry Creek Seafood Seasoning

We’ve taken the traditional combination of lemon and pepper and added a sweet herbal twist to it to come up with this exciting new all-purpose seafood seasoning. Cherry Creek Seafood Seasoning is made by first grinding together black, white, green and pink peppercorns. We then mix in, by hand, just the right amount salt, lemon peel, red bell pepper, dill weed, cracked dill seed, onion and citric acid.

With dill as a featured flavor, this blend is nice on many types of fish including halibut, salmon, swordfish and trout. Cherry Creek also works well for seasoning chicken, duck and vegetables and can even be used to make a dip, sauce or vinaigrette.

Cherry Creek Seafood Seasoning

This blend consists of black, white, green and pink peppercorns, salt, lemon peel, red bell pepper, dill weed, cracked dill seed, onion and citric acid.

Cherry Creek Dip:
This blend makes an excellent dip. Mix 3-4 tsp. Cherry Creek seasoning per cup of either sour cream or cream cheese. For a healthier version, try using yogurt or cottage cheese.

Cherry Creek Vinaigrette:
In a bottle combine 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar with 2/3 cup olive oil and 1 tsp. of Cherry Creek Seasoning. Cap and shake vigorously. If a more robust flavor is desired, add more seasoning a ˝ tsp at a time to taste.
