This zesty blend will infuse your brine with a delightful flavor. Great for brining chicken, turkey, goose, pork, or shrimp. You'll need 4 Tbsp. brining spices, 1 cup kosher salt, and 1/2 cup sugar (optional) per 1 gallon of water to create a brine for your protein of choice. To determine how much water is needed to create a brine for your chosen protein, place protein in a container large enough to hold it and measure the amount of water it takes to fully submerge it. Ingredients:
Coriander seeds, chopped garlic, lemon peel, cracked pepper, allspice berries, orange peel, lemon verbena, and cracked Turkish bay leaves.
