Look down from the mountains of County Clare and you’ll see a checker board of corn fields spread throughout the luscious green land of Ireland. Those corn fields provide a dietary staple to many people and we have a blend that can turn an average cob into something special. We handcraft County Clare from granulated white onion, black pepper, lemon peel, salt, French thyme and roasted garlic.

Ingredients:

After boiling or grilling the cobs, smother them in butter, sour cream or parmesan cheese and season generously for a delicious corn treat. For a healthier version, skip the butter and just sprinkle. Not just for corn, County Clare works well on many other vegtables, seafood and chicken. It’s a nice addition to Irish lamb stew or sprinkled on popcorn or hash browns to add some pizzazz.
