El Diente is a moderately hot blend that packs more flavor than heat. This is a versatile blend you can use anywhere you would use a Cajun rub. Try rubbing it on chicken, beef, pork or fish for a bit of zip.

We handcraft this seasoning from chiles, California paprika, salt, coriander, cumin, black pepper, crushed red pepper, garlic and Mexican oregano. Chimayo comprises about one fifteen of the blend and takes the heat level to a point where it is flavorful but not unbearable. Try this blend on all types of Mexican and Tex-Mex foods. We have found it also works well in dirty rice, grilled skirt steak, fajitas and tacos.
