Fines Herbs (Salt-Free)
Although this is not a complex blend, Fines Herbs is hardly boring. The French definitely got this time tested blend right as the subtle nature of this mixture doesn’t overtake dishes, but enhances them.
Parsley, French tarragon, chervil and chives
Try sprinkling on omelets, pasta, lighter bean dishes and potatoes. This is the perfect finishing touch to sautéed shrimp or mushrooms. We found that Fines Herbs work best as a finisher as it does not stand up as well to longer cooking processes. We handcraft this traditional French herb blend from parsley, French tarragon, chervil and chives.
