We gently hand mix this traditional French herb blend from parsley, tarragon, chervil and chives. Although this is not a complex blend, Fines Herbs is hardly boring.

This blend contains parsley, tarragon, chervil and chives.

The French definitely got this time tested blend right as the subtle nature of this mixture doesn’t overtake dishes, but enhances them. Try sprinkling this on omelets, pasta, lighter bean dishes and potatoes. This is the perfect finishing touch to sautéed shrimp or mushrooms. We found that Fines herbs work best as a finisher as they do not stand up as well to longer cooking processes.
