Santa Maria barbeque is a mainstay in California culinary tradition and dates back to the mid 1900s. We want to help keep it alive and share its simple but delicious flavor with the rest of the United States.

With that in mind, we put a Savory twist on it by using top-notch ingredients that make the traditional flavors of this barbeque rub shine. We handcraft this rub by mixing together dry grey sea salt, black pepper, garlic and parsley.Try on beef (traditionally used on tri tip), chicken, or ribs. Santa Maria is also great on vegetables or potatoes.
