Brown Sugar & Spice Honey Ham Rub (Salt-Free)

This spiced sugar and honey rub is perfect for the festive fall season. The glorious aroma that will waft from the kitchen will have everyone scurrying to the dinner table. We handcraft this rub from brown sugar, honey powder, our ground Four Corners pepper medley, mild mustard powder, Saigon cinnamon, ground Chinese ginger, powdered Kaffir lime leaves, ground cloves, allspice and cardamom.

Ingredients:

This blend is perfect for rubbing on a ham or pork roast. Pat and rub on 1 tbsp. per pound. Also try this rub on yams, squash or salmon.

  • The small glass bottles hold 2 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a flip top with a small pour spout.
  • Medium glass bottles hold 4 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a split flip top. One side has a larger opening and the other side is a shaker.
  • Large glass bottles hold 12 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a split flip top. On side has a larger opening and the other side is a shaker.
