We have recently made a modification to this recipe. Prior to August 28, 2014, this item contained pink peppercorns which are related to cashews and may produce an allergic response in people with allergies to tree nuts.

This spiced sugar and honey rub is perfect for the festive fall season. The glorious aroma that will waft from the kitchen will have everyone scurrying to the dinner table. We handcraft this rub from brown sugar, honey powder, our ground black, white, and green peppercorns, mild mustard powder, Saigon cinnamon, ground Chinese ginger, powdered makrut lime leaves, ground cloves, allspice and cardamom.

Ingredients:
Brown sugar, honey powder, black, white, and green peppercorns, mild mustard powder, Saigon cinnamon, ginger, makrut lime leaves, cloves, allspice and cardamom

This blend is perfect for rubbing on a ham or pork roast. Pat and rub on 1 tbsp. per pound. Also try this rub on yams, squash or salmon.
