This spiced sugar and honey rub is perfect for the festive fall season. The glorious aroma that will waft from the kitchen will have everyone scurrying to the dinner table. We hand mix this rub from brown sugar, honey powder, our ground Four Corners pepper medley, mild mustard powder, Saigon cinnamon, ground Chinese ginger, powdered Kaffir lime leaves, ground cloves, allspice and cardamom.
