Duxelle is a classic French combination of a chopped mushroom medley and shallots sautéed in butter until soft and dry. We’ve made this salt-free seasoning in a duxelle mixture and have added additional herbs to make it a ready-to-use seasoning.

Blend of Porcini, Shitake, and Bolete mushrooms, shallots, lemon peel, chervil, parsley, tarragon and chives
