This blend combines a number of Caribbean ingredients to bring you that authentic flavor created by the islanders themselves. Unlike our Jamaican Jerk blend, this is not spicy, so it’s good for the whole family. We combined the flavors of lemon peel, garlic, salt, ginger, onion, allspice, parsley and white pepper together to bring you the taste of the islands. Hidden Cove can be used as a marinade or sprinkled on food 'as is' just before cooking. Try this blend on chicken, fish, pork or vegetables.

Hidden Cove Lemon Garlic Marinade - In a glass bowl, combine 4 to 5 tbsp. Hidden Cove with 2 tbsp. Soy or Soba sauce, 4 tbsp. cider or Balsamic vinegar, 4 tbsp. orange juice and 2 tbsp. lemon or lime juice. Whisk vigorously until thoroughly blended. Marinate the meat over night. If you are short on time, marinating for 4 hours seems to be a sufficient minimum time limit to ensure good flavor.
