Herbs de Provence Seasoning Salt

This traditional French blend of herbs and spices teeters on the edge of being an all-purpose seasoning, so we decided to design a seasoning salt version. By grinding down the size of the spices and adding salt, we created a uniform sprinkle, expanding its possible uses.

We skillfully blend this seasoning from salt, lavender, French thyme, basil, tarragon, savory, cracked rosemary, cracked fennel, marjoram, oregano, dill weed and chervil. Try this seasoning on wild game, chicken, pork and beef. Sprinkle on eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and root vegetables. Add to soups and stews for rustic flavoring.
