Italian Dressing Blend
Most people appreciate a good Italian dressing to enhance an otherwise hum-drum salad. The beauty of this blend is you can regulate the sweetness or bitterness of your dressing by mixing it yourself with this as your base. Our Italian dressing base consists of sugar, red bell peppers, basil, toasted onion, minced garlic, black pepper, Greek oregano, French thyme, rosemary and spices.

Vinaigrette Salad Dressing - A typical vinaigrette salad dressing is 3 parts olive oil to 1 part vinegar. This ratio is used to emulsify the vinegar and oil harmoniously. Add 1-2 tbsp. Italian Dressing Base to this. For a little extra boldness, use equal parts olive oil to red wine or Balsamic vinegar, stir vigorously and the dressing will continue to emulsify. For a creamy dressing, try mixing 1-2 tbsp. Italian Dressing Base with 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 cup sour cream. Add a dollop of dijon mustard for a whole new layer of flavor.
