Mt. Eolus Greek Style Seasoning - 14,083 ft.

When referring to a Greek style seasoning we naturally think of lemon and cinnamon, two flavors commonly associated with their cuisine. Mt. Eolus, named after the Greek god of wind, uses these two flavors as key components but brings in the flavor of herbs to interact with the tart and sweet.

Mt. Eolus Greek Style Seasoning

This blend contains salt, black pepper, garlic, lemon peel, onion, Greek oregano, parsley, citric acid, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice, ginger and spices.

We hand mix this blend from salt, black pepper, garlic, lemon peel, onion, Greek oregano, parsley, citric acid, cinnamon, nutmeg, mace, allspice, ginger and spices. Particularly good in burgers, mix 1-2 tbsp. per lb. of meat. Try melting on feta cheese for a new Greek-style cheeseburger. Try on lamb, chicken, shish kebobs, venison and vegetables.

“Food Throwers: Begun usually by estranged couples, once this victual flinging starts, everyone will do it...Should your dinner party have become an out of control concussion match with opponents catapulting croutons and petits pois across the mahogany, don't fight it, go with it. And when you have the desire to quell the uprising approach the original perpetrator from behind. There, slowly crown her with the contents of the fresh fruit salad bowl. But be warned. Although this immobilizes and rivets everyone’s attention it also gives them new ideas.”
J.P. Donleavy, The Unexpurgated Code (1975)
