Mt. Massive Steak Seasoning doesn’t necessarily need to be used on a giant 2 lb. porterhouse; it will work nicely on a petite filet as well. But heck, if you’re going to go big, this seasoning won’t disappoint. We skillfully handcraft this blend from honey powder, smoked Spanish hot paprika, garlic, guajillo chiles, onion, salt, black pepper, regular mustard powder and Mediterranean thyme

The smoky sweet flavor of this blend is backed up by just the right amount of heat for your next steak or chicken breast. A great addition sprinkled on pork chops, ribs, corn on the cob or shrimp. For a nice marinade, mix equal parts vinegar and olive oil, a splash of beer (optional) and 1-2 tbsp. Mt. Massive depending on the amount of meat. Pour over meat and refrigerate for a few hours for best results.
