The smoky sweet flavor of this blend is backed up by just the right amount of heat for your next steak or chicken breast. Use as a rub or a sprinkle. A great addition sprinkled on pork chops, ribs, corn on the cob or shrimp. For a nice marinade, mix equal parts vinegar and olive oil, a splash of beer (optional) and 1-2 tbsp. Mt. Massive depending on amount of meat. Pour over the meat and refrigerate for a few hours for best results.
