Nacho Cheese Dip

This cheese based blend can make easy work out of any family get together, football party or movie night. This one has a moderately low salt level yet still packs a punch when it comes to flavor.

Ingredients:
Cheddar and parmesan (pasteurized milks, cheese culture, salt, enzymes, cream, sodium phosphate, annatto and lactic acid), mild chili powder, onion, minced green onion, mild green chile powder, tomato powder and garlic

We combine the flavors of cheddar and parmesan cheese, mild chili powder, onion, minced green onion, mild green chile powder, tomato powder and garlic to bring you true Mexican flavor. Try this blend in a hot or cold preparation. For hot, add 2 tbsp. to a cup of melted cheddar cheese. For a cold dip, substitute sour cream. This blend can be used as a sprinkle; try on salad, popcorn or warm bread.

You will receive the product in plastic, sealable bags that will be labeled with the product name, uses, and ingredients if applicable. The bags meet FDA requirements for food applications. They are 100% recyclable and can be put in with all other plastics recycled at home.

  • The small glass bottles hold 2 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a flip top with a small pour spout.
  • Medium glass bottles hold 4 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a split flip top. One side has a larger opening and the other side is a shaker.
  • Large glass bottles hold 12 fluid ounces. The plastic lids have a split flip top. On side has a larger opening and the other side is a shaker.
