Native Texan BBQ Rub

After researching Texas barbecue rubs we realized that there are many varieties, so we challenged our customers to come up with a rub to represent Texas. After receiving many entries and even more votes in a blind taste test our Texan customers helped us determine a winner. Congratulations to Hank Lewis, a native Texan from San Marcos. We think he did a bang up job and are excited to have the rub representing Texas in the barbeque section of all our shops.

Ingredients:
Salt, honey powder, garlic, paprika, black pepper, onion, chiles, mustard, coriander, cumin, Mexican oregano and celery

Hank created this rub using many traditional flavors and we now make it for you with a perfect blend of salt, honey powder, garlic, paprika, black pepper, onion, chiles, mustard, coriander, cumin, Mexican oregano and celery. Generously rub on beef, poultry, pork or seafood before barbequing. Try sprinkling on vegetables or to make a zesty dip or dressing.
