This blend contains Romano cheese powder, garlic, salt, dillweed, basil, chives, tarragon, minced green onion, chervil and white pepper.

Blend 3 tbsp. of Paris Cheese to 8 oz. sour cream thinned with a little buttermilk. We think you will agree this makes a tasty dressing for salads or a great dip for vegetables. If you are trying to keep it light, substitute sour cream with low fat yogurt or cottage cheese. If you are in a hurry, this is just the thing to add a little flavor to plain cottage cheese. Use it ‘as is’ by simply sprinkling some on salad or shaking it into a bag of popcorn.
