This blend is featured in Savory Spice Shop's first cookbook, Spice to Plate.

This is a refreshing combination of flavors guaranteed to brighten up a number of different foods from dips and salads to popcorn. As we expand our line of cheese sprinkles we keep finding new and exciting ingredients to add while yielding superb results. This sprinkle is handcrafted from Romano cheese powder, garlic, salt, dill weed, minced green onion, basil, chives, tarragon, chervil, parsley and white pepper.

Ingredients:
Romano cheese powder (part-skim cow’s milk, cheese cultures, salt, enzymes and sodium phosphate), garlic, salt, dill weed, minced green onion, basil, chives, tarragon, chervil, parsley and white pepper

We think you will agree this makes a tasty dressing for salads or a great dip for vegetables. If you are trying to keep it light, substitute sour cream with low fat yogurt or cottage cheese. If you are in a hurry, this is just the thing to add a little flavor to plain cottage cheese. Use it ‘as is’ by simply sprinkling some on salad or shaking it into a bag of popcorn. Paris Cheese Dressing - Blend 3 tbsp. of Paris Cheese to 8 oz. sour cream thinned with a little buttermilk.
