A “butcher’s rub” is a term that refers to a coarser blend of spices, designed to stand up to the longer cooking process and remain both appealing and flavorful. Perfect rubbed on chicken, turkey, pork chops or steaks. Try mixing Pike’s Peak in with ground beef when making burgers, meat loaf or even in stuffed green peppers.
