Red Cloud Peak is one of our bolder blends that stands up to heavy flavored meats such as game. Try using it on venison, wild boar, ostrich, goose, duck or any dark red meats. We also recommend using it on chicken, pork, fish or your favorite cut of steak for some added smoky spiced flavor. We combine salt, paprika, garlic, black pepper, Ancho, onion, Mexican oregano, thyme, cumin, cayenne, minced green onion, Chimayo chiles and Aleppo to bring you this versatile blend.

Try using it when grilling Northern style. Northern grilling is typically done fast over high heat. (Southerners seem to have a bit more patience and prefer slow cooking over a low temperature). This blend contains no sugar, making it less likely to burn or caramelize over a higher flame. Red Cloud Peak also works beautifully for pan frying or added to your flour mix when deep frying.
