How to Use
Rub Roman Pepper Steak Seasoning on a quality steak, or use to season any cut of beef. Not just a steak seasoning; it's also a great rub for grilled chicken, white fish, and vegetables. For steak seasoning marinade, mix 2 T with 1/4 cup white wine vinegar, 1/4 cup lemon juice, & 1/2 cup olive oil. Marinate 2-4 lbs steak for 20-30 mins.

This is a great seasoning for any quality cut of beef, but also nice on chicken, meaty white fish, and vegetables. Try making a basic marinade by mixing 1-2 Tbsp. seasoning with a cup olive oil and a ½ cup olive oil and a ¼ cup each of white wine vinegar and lemon juice. A ¼ to a ½ cup of marinade should be prepared per pound of meat. Remember to coat the meat entirely. Additionally, you only need to marinate quality steaks for 20-30 minutes.
