South Fork is a blend designed for those folks who love to make their own flavorful and juicy sausage. This spice mixture is mild in heat and carried by a wonderful fennel based flavor. We handcraft South Fork by mixing together salt, sugar, pepper, fennel, garlic and Spanish paprika.

Try adding 1 tbsp. per pound ground pork to make great patties or links. Also great for making meatballs or adding excellent flavor to tomato based sauces. For a spicier sausage, add a ¼ -½ tsp of crushed red pepper per pound of meat. For links, use a hog casing.
