Team Sweet Mama's KC Style Rub

This rub comes to us from Gary Guesnier and the Sweet Mama team. Savory Spice Shop sponsored Team Sweet Mama in the 2005 season of BBQ competitions. We provided Gary with freshly ground spices so he could create his rubs and it has paid off for both of us!

Ingredients:
Brown and white sugars, salt, California paprika, hickory smoke salt, black pepper, mustard, onion, celery, ginger allspice, cayenne and spices

Using this sweet and smoky rub, Team Sweet Mama won the pork category at the Frisco, Colorado and placed third in the brisket category at the Pueblo competition. Try it at your next barbeque and we’re sure you’ll be a winner with your friends and family. We handcraft this rub from sugars, salt, paprika, hickory smoke salt, black pepper, mustard, onion, celery, ginger, allspice, cayenne and spices.
