Team Sweet Mama's Kansas City Style Rub

This rub comes to us from Gary Guesnier and Team Sweet Mama who we sponsored in the 2005 season of BBQ competitions. We provided Gary with freshly ground spices so he could create his rubs and it sure has paid off for both of us.

This blend contains sugars, salt, paprika, hickory smoke salt, black pepper, mustard, onion, celery, ginger, allspice, cayenne and spices.

Using this sweet and smoky rub, Team Sweet Mama won the pork category at the Frisco, Colorado and placed third in the brisket category at the Pueblo competition.
