Taco Seasoning
When we think of tacos, we naturally think of Mexico, but we also think of fun. Tacos, like many Mexican dishes, are an “all in the family” type of meal; someone browns the meat, another one shreds the cheese, another dices the veggies and so on. Half the fun is preparing them just the way you like them, there is no wrong or right way. We meticulously hand mix this blend from Masa Harina, salt, chiles, tomato powder, garlic, cumin, California paprika, onion, white sugar, Mexican oregano and allspice.

The blend consists of Masa Harina, salt, chiles, tomato powder, garlic, cumin, California paprika, onion, white sugar, Mexican oregano and allspice.
For quality taco meat, brown one pound of fresh ground beef, add 4 tbsp. Taco Seasoning and 1-cup of water, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes to reduce to the desired thickness. For a healthier alternative, substitute ground turkey or chicken for the beef.
