During the holidays we think of our families back in the Midwest and the great experiences we have shared together around the table. When testing this new rub, the aromas that filled the kitchen as the bird sizzled in the oven really reminded us of those loved ones and how we miss them.

Ingredients:
Hungarian paprika, sage, onion, garlic, rosemary, black pepper, ginger, thyme, parsley, marjoram, red bell pepper, coriander, allspice, Greek oregano, savory and spices

This tasty, handcrafted rub is great for turkey or duck. Rub 1 tsp. seasoning (or more to taste) per pound of poultry onto the surface and into the cavity of the bird for aromatic and flavorful results. Use rub with olive oil or melted butter, if desired, to help the seasoning stick.
