Vanilla Bean Sugar

Our vanilla bean sugar is sure to please. We start by chopping up Madagascar vanilla beans and mixing them with pure vanilla extract and white granulated sugar. We then evaporates off the alcohol while allowing the vanilla to infuse the sugar. For the final step, we sift out the vanilla beans, grind them into granules and mix it all back together.

This blend contains Madagascar vanilla beans, pure vanilla extract and white sugar.

Perfect for coffee. Try sprinkling on hot and cold cereals, fruits, French toast and pancakes. Great in place of plain white sugar to add a twist to many baked goods. We also carry a spiced vanilla bean sugar, a peppermint vanilla bean sugar and a lavender/violet vanilla bean sugar.
