Woody Creek allows you to enjoy the sweet and smoky flavor of barbecue without the salt. We bring together the flavors of chile powders, paprika, honey powder, garlic, allspice, mace, onion, black pepper, Mediterranean thyme, dill seed, cinnamon, dill weed and oregano to create this unique signature flavor.

Ingredients:

Try it when smoking or grilling to produce authentic flavor. It works well on beef, pork, chicken and even fish. The fact that it's salt-free allows you the option of applying it to the meat a day before cooking so that it absorbs the flavor without drying it out. Use 1 heaping Tbsp. per pound of meat. This versatile blend can also be made into a tasty sauce. For a sauce: Mix together 4 Tbsp. water, 4 tbsp. vinegar, 2-3 Tbsp. Woody Creek and 1 1/2 cups ketchup. Remember, these are just guidelines. Be creative and use your own ideas to create your signature sauce.
