    We are proud to announce a collaboration of Chef Nick Tall and our Manager Gene Ware! This delicious 5-course Chef's Dinner is an event of shared plates - each of the 5 courses inspired by one of our signature spice blends. Please join us at the Purple Palm for this unique dining experience. Check their website to view the menu and to make reservations. Cost is $70 per person - which includes wine pairings and take-home samples of the featured spices.

Seriously - it could not be easier, and last year it made the most delectable St. Patrick's Day meal we've ever had. You will start your own corned beef (and take the brisket home to finish), learn about curing meats, and get some recipes to make your own amazing dinner on St. Patrick's Day.     Mustard is something easy to make on your own (well, once Gene has given you all his secrets). Learn the basics of simple mustards and how to make the flavors your own, whether you're looking for something exotic or just to tie together the flavors of your meal. You will leave with recipes, sample jars of mustard, and you'll even make a batch of your own!   • Class - Vanilla 101 w/Gale Gand

    Recently back from a Vanilla Plantation Trip to Tahiti, Chef Gale Gand will explain everything you wanted to know about vanilla, the bean grown from the only orchid that bears edible fruit. She will talk about its origin, how it’s grown, how it’s aged, the 4 main vanilla bean producing regions, the different flavor profiles each variety, and when to use which bean, and how to incorporate them into your cooking. Each attendee will leave with three complimentary samples of vanilla. Attendance is limited to the first 25. Class fee: $25 per person
