    Small-batch refrigerator pickles are a quick and easy way to dress up Spring and Summer produce. In this class you’ll learn techniques and recipes to transform vegetables and fruits into a variety of savory and sweet treats. And, of course, everybody will get samples to take home! All recipes are No-Cook and have the added benefit of being nutritional power-houses that will win you over to the raw food philosophy! I promise to debunk some of the mystification over how to use whole foods and no-cook recipes without all the fuss to create simple, delicious meals perfect for the heat and all year long! As always, recipes are created for simple preparation for home cooks and utilize healthful, organic, seasonal and local ingredients. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you’ll be ready to make and can your favorite jams, jellies, sauces, relishes and pickles. Class Fee is $60 – and includes Canning Guide, dozens of recipes, essential canning tools, and samples to take home! Prepayment is required to hold your spot in this class.
