Do not be afraid of small food trucks or trailers. In a little place between Marble Falls and Horseshoe Bay on FM 2147, there is wonderful BBQ trailer called Rick's Cow Town! Only open wed-sat, and only there until they sell out. If you want ribs on the weekend, you better call and order early. Rick's wife Karen makes potato salad to die for and the beans are also good!

Know you can't hit every BBQ place in Texas but Salt Lick near Driftwood is delicious and definitely worth a stop. Looking forward to the next entry.
