DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Add Seven Onion BBQ Meatloaf Mix, ground beef, bread crumbs, water, eggs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl and mix gently, just until combined. Scoop mixture onto edged baking sheet and form an 8x4-inch loaf. Bake uncovered for 50 min. Brush liberally with Midwestern Sweet Barbecue Sauce and bake for an additional 10 min. Internal temperature of meat should be at least 160 degrees. Rest meatloaf for 10 min. before slicing and serving.
