We’re located just one half block north of historic Pearl Street Mall on the west side of the street. From Denver, take the B bus. By car, take U.S. Hwy 36 to Boulder. Left on Canyon Blvd, right on Broadway. There is a parking garage located directly behind the shop at 11th and Spruce (take a left on Spruce if you are going north on Broadway). We validate for up to 30 minutes Monday through Friday. Parking in all Boulder garages is FREE on Saturdays and Sundays.

Whether you have access to farm-fresh goat or cow’s milk or just milk from your local grocery store, Kate will teach you how to make several delicious cheeses that require minimal equipment and ingredients but will impress your family friends. At the conclusion of this one-hour demonstration class, you will get to sample several varieties of the cheeses including those made with herbs and spices available at Savory Spice Shop.
