Book signing with Eric Skokan of Black Cat/Bramble & Hare!Saturday, October 25, 2014
2:30 to 4:30 p.m.
We will be hosting the first book signing with Eric Skokan of Black Cat and Bramble and Hare restaurants. Books will be for sale and Eric will be on site to sign your copy! Here's some great press about this creative, new cookbook from one of Boulder's finest chefs: Eric Skokan’s book, Farm, Fork, Food: A Year of Spectacular Recipes Inspired by Black Cat Farm (Kyle Books, October), is much more than a cookbook: It’s a recipe for living. “[This project] evolved into more than just a book of recipes," the chef and co-owner of Black Cat Bistro and Bramble & Hare Restaurant says. "It’s a journey of a farmer, a chef, a restaurant, and a family as it captures all of our favorite flavors of each season." http://www.5280.com/eatanddrink/digital/2014/09/bookshelf-eric-skokans-soon-be-released-cookbook
