Cinnamon Essential Oil, Pure

Our cinnamon oil is steam distilled from the Chinese cassia trees. It is rich in cinnamic aldehyde and has an intensely sweet cinnamon flavor. Cinnamon oil is an important ingredient in confections, baked goods and Indian sauces. Our cinnamon oil is redistilled, which improves its flavor and aroma and gives it a lighter color as well.

This oil is highly concentrated and should be used very sparingly. We also recommend that gloves and eye protection be used when handling cassia oil or any other essential oils.
