Hickory Smoke Flavoring
Our hickory smoke flavor is a ten-fold smoke flavor that is carried on a maltodextrin base. Corn, potato, rice and wheat are the starches that can be used to produce maltodextrin, however, our product is gluten free. Hickory smoke flavoring is incredibly strong as a 4 fluid ounce jar will flavor 80-100 pounds of meat.
