Ghost Chile carries a super slow and wildly intense burn.
Mango is an adventurous sauce, great on fish and chicken.
Caribbean Lime has a blast of lime and a quick bite of Serrano chiles.
Cajun Cayenne has a lot of flavor, but not too much heat.
Garlic Serrano carries a quick Serrano lime bite, a wave of garlic and finishes with a red habenero back burn.
Red Habenero is very hot but very flavorful.
