Our lemon extract is of the highest quality and possesses a very strong, natural flavor. A four ounce bottle should last a long time considering only a small amount is needed for most uses. We suggest starting by using 1/8 tsp. in any standardized recipe and adjusting to your personal taste from there.

This extract is about 35% organic alcohol which is the standard for extracts in the United States and is certified organic by Quality Assurance International. Try using it in custards, pound cakes, pies, cookies, meringues, lemon chiffon cake or cheesecakes. You can also use it to fortify drinks such as lemon margaritas or daiquiris.
