Unlike orange extract, orange flower water contains no alcohol and is actually created from a flower. It is made by steaming the rather bitter blossoms of an orange tree and capturing the flavor in the liquid that is left behind.
Ingredients:Distilled bitter orange blossom water.
This is a great, non-alcoholic substitute for orange extract. It is commonly used in baked goods, various sweets and savory dishes and a variety of cocktails and drinks such as the Ramos Gin Fizz.
