Vanilla Extract, Pure Madagascar 2X
Pure double strength vanilla extract made from the highest quality Madagascar "Bourbon Islands" vanilla beans. Twice the amount of beans are used to make the same amount of single strength vanilla, making it possible to use half of the amount of extract called for in a recipe. This not only is slightly more economical, but is helpful when using extract in a white icing or any other application where you want to alter the color as little as possible.
Water, 35% alcohol (by law) and pure extraction from 100% pure Madagascar vanilla beans.
Try in cookies, cakes, custards, frosting, meringues and puddings. As with all our vanilla extracts, this product is gluten-free.
