Burgers Grilling Summer
If you’ve been keeping up with us over the last month, you know that we are “Chasing BBQ” this summer. However, summer isn’t just for BBQ…Monday is the unofficial kick off to the grilling season. So, fire up the grill and toss on some of these summer feast favorites!
A chips and dip combo is classic. This fun twist features grilled pineapple, avocado, and our southwestern inspired Lodo Red Adobo seasoning.
Bonus: It’s also great for topping a Jamaican Jerk Burger!
When it comes to a hot bite, this jalapeno means business. An herby, cheesy filling is just the right complement for smoky bacon and spicy jalapeno.
It’s just not possible to talk about grilling without mentioning burgers. This customer submitted recipe features one of our best-selling blends, Peruvian Chile Lime Seasoning. It’s saucy and delicious, a sure-fire crowd pleaser.
If you haven’t grilled your salad yet, you’re missing out. Briefly grilling romaine makes it just a bit more tender, while onions and pepper grilled in a foil packet add a little sweetness and grilled zucchini and steak add a little char. It’s the best of every ingredient and a fun way to liven up your summer salads.
Seasoned with a classic California rub, these skewers are perfect right off the grill, at room temperature, or as leftovers straight from the fridge (if there are any leftovers!). You could even toss the potatoes with dressing for a hearty potato salad.
It’s not all about meat and potatoes – this recipe is a great way to welcome summer. It’s easy to scale up if you’re serving a crowd and can be paired with anything from couscous to a green salad for a complete meal.

This cheesy, peachy bite of goodness was one of our favorite things to come out of the test kitchen last summer – it was hard to keep our resident tasters away long enough to snap some good photos!
