Peppermill Refill Set Peppercorns have had a long historic life; they’ve been used for trade, tribute and currency. As a flavoring, pepper is king and will always grace our tables. Black, white and green all come from the same vine. The green is picked before it is mature, whereas the black and the white are allowed to mature on the vine. The white is simply the black with the outer skin soaked off. All have slightly different flavors and uses. Our Four Corners blend is a multi-dimensional flavored pepper blend that looks great in a glass grinder. The additional spices used to pack this set are also of excellent quality and should be stored in a container for future use.
