Ghost Pepper Salt - Medium Bottle
This fiery salt is handcrafted with our chile-head customers in mind. While it is a scorching blend, the salt to Ghost Pepper ratio tempers the intense bite of the chile. To best infuse the spicy heat and unique flavor in every granule, we use a liquid binder (similar to the process we use to make our vanilla sugars).
Kosher salt, naturally flavored chocolate extract and ghost peppers
After experimenting with a few different flavors, we found that chocolate extract gave the best balance. Chocolate and chile are a great pairing but our Ghost Pepper Salt does not taste like chocolate. The chocolate aroma prepares the palate for a blast of chile heat. While this doesn’t alleviate the heat, it does make the impact more pleasant. Try using Ghost Pepper Salt to fire up chicken wings, chili, fajitas, or use in place of hot sauce.
Ground Green New Mexican Chiles - Medium Bottle
This green chile powder is made with the finest New Mexico #6-4 variety. Picked before ripening to red, they are dehydrated and de-stemmed before being powdered into a fine and tasty mild chile powder. It takes 18 pounds of fresh green chiles to make one pound of dehydrated chiles; packing this powder with wonderful flavor.

Crushed Aleppo Chiles - Medium Bottle
The Aleppo pepper, also known as a halaby pepper, is named after the city in northern Syria famous for its chiles. Grown both in Syria and Turkey, these chiles are sun-dried, seeded and crushed. These burgundy colored peppers have a fruity, yet earthy, warm flavor that is a cross between cumin and cayenne.

They are only moderately hot, about a 3 to 4 on a heat scale of 1 to 10. The heat develops slowly, so you can enjoy the fruity flavor that lies underneath without being overwhelmed by the heat. Sprinkle on pizzas, salads or in chili. You can keep it out to have handy although the flavor will last longer if refrigerated.
