Wine & Spice Class - Exploring Wine through the Senses

6:30-7:30 pmDrinking wine is a delight, but knowing more about what you are tasting makes the experience all the better. Join Elizabeth from Savory Spice Shop and sommeliers Chris and Dee from the Vin Master to learn how to use your senses to develop your pallet to better understand wine. Wine tastings will be provided and will include a Riesling, Chianti and Merlot. Light Savory Spice Shop inspired snacks will also be served. $20 per person, non refundable. Group Experience: Spice 101
Led by owners Amy and Scott MacCabe, Spice 101 is a 45 minute interactive workshop and tour that includes a general overview of spices, how to use and store them, and cooking ideas for using the spices. Participants will sample a variety of spices and take home new recipe ideas. Spice 101's can be arranged upon request for groups of 5 - 25 people. Cost is $5 per person.
