    What are the differences between Ceylon and Cassia Cinnamon? Do varietals of vanilla beans taste different? Does Bay Leaf really add any flavor to my stew? If these are questions you’ve had then join us for the answers and more! Spice 101 is a fun way to learn general information about spices, how to use them effectively, and how to store spices for freshness. Throughout the hour long tour, tastings will be provided to help you understand flavor profiles and the differences in similar spices and herbs. We promise you’ll have fun tasting spices in ways you have never imagined!d! Space is limited so register in person or call the store to reserve your spot. Class fee is $15 per person, non-refundable.
