By the time we finish this class, you will be able to make a yummy and nutritious loaf of bread and a few other treats for the upcoming holidays. You’ll also learn how to substitute whole grains for basic flour, making your foods more nutritiously dense, but still light in flavor! By understanding whole grains better you will be able to delight your taste buds and serve your family something delicious.
