The Flat Irons frame the surrounding foothills of Boulder and are another one of the natural beauties that make Colorado a true place to behold. With one of our original shops in Boulder, we pay homage to the Flat Irons by naming our prime rib rub after them.We handcraft the rub by mixing together onion, salt, black pepper, paprika, lemon peel, garlic, celery, rosemary, thyme, dill weed, dill seed, turmeric, oregano, marjoram, caraway, coriander and parsley.

Flat Irons is a prime rib rub that leans more toward the onion, pepper and herb flavors. You can either gently season or fully encrust a rib roast to make a great prime rib to your liking. This seasoning is also excellent for chicken, hamburgers, steaks and pork chops. Turn plain tomato juice or soup into something special with a sprinkle.
