Barrier Reef Caribbean All-Purpose Glaze
- 4 Tbsp. honey
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp. Barrier Reef Caribbean Style Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- salt, to taste
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir frequently with a whisk until reduced by a third, creating a thick sauce. Brush cooled glaze on chicken, fish or red meat while grilling, basting frequently.
