Black & Bleu Cheese Dressing

Bleu Cheese Dip & Dressing 2 oz bag $5.50
Cook County Charcoal Seasoning 1 oz bag $2.45

This is a smoky, more tangy version of a traditional bleu cheese dressing.

Ingredients:

Replace the mayonnaise with sour cream for a tasty dip version of this dressing.

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir to combine thoroughly. Transfer to a sealed container and chill until ready to serve.

Serving Suggestions:

Serve as a dressing for an iceberg wedge salad with bacon, blue cheese, chives and tomatoes or red bell peppers. Use as a sauce for your favorite wings. Delicious as a topping on our Great Plains 4B Bison Burger or as a dipping sauce for our Santa Maria Steak & Potato Skewers.
