Recipe: Blackberry Fizz
- 1/3 cup Allspice-Bay Simple Syrup*
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 2 x sprigs fresh thyme
- 4 x lemon slices
- 4 x pieces sliced crystalized ginger
- 4 cups club soda or seltzer water
Turn into a cocktail by adding 4 Tbsp. gin. *Click here for the Allspice-Bay Simple Syrup recipe.
Place syrup, berries, thyme, lemon and ginger in a large canning jar or small pitcher. Add 2 cups of the soda or seltzer, cover and place in the refrigerator to chill for a couple of hours. When ready to serve, top with remaining soda or seltzer water.
Serve over ice, making sure to get pieces of fruit and herbs in each glass.
